(1) Vendor needs to provide small business and economic development strategic assessment service.• Agency is seeking qualified firms to conduct a Small Business and Economic Development Strategic Assessment for the purpose of obtaining a better understanding of the agency economy, consumers, and commercial developments• This data will support the County in taking a more strategic and informed approach to economic development, with a specific focus on developing a retail business assistance program and strategic recruitment opportunities.• Factors influencing business recruitment and expansion • Challenges to retail development, support and/or growth • Target industries based on local make up of conditions including but not limited to infrastructure, workforce, site inventory • Potential inducements to promote the needed business types • What other communities have done to achieve the desired results (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
