(1) Vendor needs to provide employee recognition program services.– Program must include the provision, selection, fulfillment, and shipping of gifts for employees reaching milestone years of service, as well as customer support and reporting.– Provides a predetermined customized gift to retirees and an embossed retiree Scrapbook and guest book with a few pictures and pages for photos, letters, and signatures.– Gift selection and fulfillment–service milestones.– Retiree commemoration and gift.– Support for non–vendor fulfilled gifts.– Assistance with order changes, tracking, and issue resolution.– Education and professional development support.– Real–time tracking of order status for program administrators.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
