Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo to prospective respondents to submit a non-binding Quotation (“Quotation”) for RFQ-2026-1393- Fort McKay On Call Winter Maintenance Services as part of the RMWB’s Municipal Indigenous Procurement Strategy, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the Agreement shall commence on February 16, 2027, and continue until June 30, 2029, with an option in favour of the Municipality to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2), one (1) year terms. The first term of the contract shall be from the execution date until June 30th, 2027. The term thereafter shall be from July 1st to June 30th of each contract year.
