Mobile Office Container Rental

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide for the rental of mobile office containers to the City of Newport News Department of Parks and Recreation for various events held throughout the City according to the listed specifications. The City reserves the right to add or remove events and items or services as needed throughout the contract term.
