E-RFP #27-001 - Food Services - Fresno County Jail & Juvenile Justice Campus

The County of Fresno on behalf of the Sheriff-Coroner’s Office (Sheriff) and the Probation Department (Probation) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive management of its correctional and youth food services. The RFP consists of the following two (2) groups: GROUP I Sheriff’s Office – Correctional Facilities (approximately 619,735 total meals served for the three-month period January 2026 through March 2026). GROUP II Probation Department – Juvenile Justice Campus (JJC) (approximately 19,564 total meals and 5,839 snacks served for the three-month period from January 2026 through March 2026). Bidders must submit bids for both groups I and II and may not bid on a single one group.
