(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health consultation services to the government authority located in FL.– Provide early childhood mental health consultations and conduct teaching pyramid infant–toddler observation scale.– Provide system for supporting children and their families in addressing identified social emotional concerns through a series of observations, screenings, social emotional support plans, and referrals.– Mental health consultation is designed to promote social competence and emotional resilience in children and support parents or caregivers and teachers in the nurturing of social emotional health in the children they care for.– The mental health consultation will help introduce the families to mental health interventions, making the process less threatening.– Contracted consultant or agency will provide mental health group trainings for early head start staff, child care partners, and parents as requested by early head start.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
