(1) Vendor needs to provide professional transit management services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL. – Provide turnkey services including day–to–day operations and management, logistics, and technology platform needed to successfully operate for services including:• Fixed route services.• Paratransit services. • Microtransit (ride–share) services.– Provide and maintain an integrated technology platform for planning, blocking, run cutting, scheduling, reservation, and real–time management of fixed route, paratransit, and micro transit services, including mobile app and call–center booking, vehicle location, and operational reporting.– Recruit, train, employ, and supervise all personnel necessary to operate the system, including operations management, dispatch, drivers, mechanics, customer service, and administrative staff.– Provide customer information, trip reservations, and dispatch for all modes during hours of operation; shall maintain adequate telephone and app–based booking capacity.– Recommendations for service improvement, including the use of technology to improve cost efficiency per passenger, increase ridership, and improve the customer experience.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
