(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary personnel services to the government authority located in Huntsville, AL.• Ability to handle routine office task and assist City administrative personnel• Ability to answer phones, direct calls, take messages, and greet visitors• Ability to perform data entry, sort mail, file digital and paper documents, and copy or scan documents• Ability to track/monitor office supplies, restock common area supplies, maintain and utilize basic office equipment• Ability to manage daily administrative duties/responsibilities, coordinate departmental communication, maintain an organized work environment with minimal direct supervision• Ability to answer and route phone calls, managed shared inboxes/calendars, and draft professional correspondence• Ability to manage office operations and provide highlevel support to department heads and senior supervisors(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 5, 2026.
