(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated cloud–based software platform solution.– Integrated Cloud–Based Software Platform Solution (Administration Management System AMS, Learning Management System LMS and Training Management System TMS).–  Platform solution to address administration, learning, and training management system capable of supporting all activities of the Firefighting Academy including but not limited to certification tracking, multi–campus scheduling, compliance reporting, workflow mapping, equipment and resource scheduling, and data management, while maintaining an independent learning and training curriculum. – User interface languages currently supported by the platform, including both standard and optional language packs.– Email and SMS Messaging to User Groups Respondents should describe the platform's ability to compose and transmit targeted email and SMS messages to defined user groups, cohorts, or populations.– Language–Specific Communications Respondents should describe the platform's ability to deliver communications in a user's preferred language or in accordance with language–specific notification templates.– Platform automatically generates and delivers enrolment confirmation communications to registered learners.– Support for video content uploads, including supported formats, file size limits, streaming capabilities, and accessibility features such as captioning.– Platform's quiz and survey creation tools, including question types, scoring, randomization, passing thresholds, and survey anonymity options.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
