(1) Vendor needs to provide lead and copper analysis service to the government authority located in Thornton, CO.• Mail out sample bottle kits to the appropriate homes, include return address labels and sampling instructions. – Sample instructions must be customizable to incorporate Thornton–specific identification, program information, and sampling instructions. – Bottles shall be supplied in a mailing container that may be used again to return the collected sample to the analytical lab. – Residents should not have to supply their own packaging containers to return their samples. – Tracking for these samples and kits must be available from beginning (empty kits leaving the warehouse) to end (samples analyzed and results posted).
