EQU-19173 - USA (Kenai, Alaska) - SCADA Design and Installation Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA design and installation services to the government authority located in Kenai, AK. – Provide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) to design and install a replacement SCADA system and components.– The selected consultant will evaluate and review the existing SCADA system and infrastructure for the water treatment and distribution system.– Consultant shall review process control, backup operations and methods to change to local control when needed for operations.– This will include evaluation of all water treatment and water distribution systems. Wastewater treatment and lift station operations will not be a part of this review, but the end goal is to combine all systems into one SCADA system and proposed system must include the ability to do so.– Consultant or their subcontractors will be expected to provide all removal of old system, purchase, installation and programming of new system, maintain operations during transition, start up services, training and ongoing support and maintenance as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
