CSE-24783 - USA (Pine Bluff, Arkansas) - Protective Security Guard Services - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide protective security guard services to the government authority located in Pine Bluff, AR. – Provide security guard services for athletics and other campus events such as homecoming activities, fraternity and sorority events, and other events.– Work periods are determined by the type of event and will generally begin at least 30 minutes prior to the start of some events and as much as three hours in advance of other events (football games, commencements, other major events).– There is no requirement of off–campus security services, nor security for any dormitories.– This will NOT be a 24x7 service rather on call as needed for both armed and unarmed officers who will supplement our existing office of public safety.– Security is expected to conduct gate checks by implied consent of the patron of their belongings toprevent any prohibited items (as defined by the university) from entering the premises, while using a customer centric approach.– Security personnel shall support perimeter security around the field, monitor and maintain safety within the student section.– Emergency services may be necessary at times. The contracted security company will work to provide immediate service upon request.– Services also shall be provided at commencement exercises, tournament, Band concerts, or any other University related events.(2) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on October 7, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
