(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health workforce consultant services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Behavioral health workforce, behavioral health care delivery systems, and qualitative research.– Providing subject matter expertise on policies related to behavioral health care capacity, behavioral health care professions, and programs to develop the behavioral health care workforce.– Conducting or developing the following:– Literature reviews,– Legislative reviews, – Program reviews, – Workbooks to support future tracking of behavioral health initiatives, – Qualitative analysis of interview responses, – Workforce gap analyses and synthesizing findings for policy audiences.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
