(1) Vendor needs to provide professional QPA consulting services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.– Monitor, review and inspect the quality and performance of work provided by the selected contractor.– Preparation of bid specifications and documents in accordance with applicable State and federal bidding requirements.– Review contractor’s bids and assist in selecting the appropriate bidder.– Included 24/7 access, emails, texts, phone calls, oversight of all procurement related activities.– Other services as deemed necessary by the executive director.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11,2026.
