Bids will be received for a single prime contractor for The Newell Creek Pipeline Improvement Project - Felton/Graham Hill CWO# 2023-002. The Engineer’s estimate anticipates that the total bid price will be $24,000,000 to $31,000,000 and the Contract Time for the completion of all the Work of the Project is as allowed per the Agreement. The proposed Work is generally described in 01 11 13 Summary of Work and 01 22 00 Measurement and Payment and as shown on plans. Due to the specialized nature and complexity of the construction, General Contractors proposing to bid this Project have been selected through a formal prequalification process.
