Vendor needs to provide tax credit compliance manager services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– Responsible for any lease–up activities, including utility allowance determinations, calculations of income and rent limitations, resident file audits and maintenance, review of pro forma and other specific requirements– Conduct and oversee compliance activities, on and off–site, including compliance processing performed by property managers, and file assessments, including tenant selection, screening, and enforcement procedures– Serve as primary liaison between the owner and management staff with respect to compliance.– Assess training needs of staff and develop appropriate and specific training program(s); assist in the development and update of training materials.– Develop and conduct training seminars in conjunction with other operation management personnel.
