Description
The City of Moreno Valley and the Moreno Valley Community Services District (“City”) are soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide backflow testing, repair, and/or replacement services, as defined in Exhibit A, within various City locations. This may include work within the City’s landscape maintenance districts, within the right-of-way, at city-maintained facilities, or within City parks and trails. This will be a five (5) year contract. Multi-year contracts may be continued each fiscal year only after funding appropriations and program approvals have been granted by the City Council.
