CONS-23332 - USA (Westminster, California) - Professional Engineering Design Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering design services to the government authority located in Westminster, CA. – Project Management and Coordination: Project kick–off meetings, project management plans, schedule updates, coordination with city staff, subconsultants, utilities, agencies, and stakeholders; preparing agendas, minutes, action logs, progress reports, and invoices by task.– Records Research and Field Review: Review available as–built plans, data, records, collision and safety data, prior studies, and field conditions. The consultant shall identify design constraints and suggest further investigations to complete the design.– Pavement Engineering and Geotechnical Support: Pavement coring, deflection testing, when necessary, subgrade evaluation, geotechnical and structural recommendations, pavement rehabilitation options, dig–out limits, and pavement design reports.– Roadway Civil Design: Horizontal and vertical roadway design; pavement rehab limits; curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, curb ramp, median, bus stop, alley approach, and drainage improvements– Traffic Engineering, Signing, Striping, and Traffic Control: Preparation of signing, striping, traffic signal, and handling plans; construction staging, detour, temporary traffic control, portable message sign recommendations.– Environmental, Permitting, and Agency Coordination: Support for documentation, permit exhibits, encroachment permits, , railroad coordination where applicable, and other reviews for project delivery.– Construction Phase Engineering Support: Review of submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, design clarifications, substitutions, meetings, observations, plan revisions, change orders, and record drawings from redlines.– Grant, Funding, and Reporting Support: Prepares technical exhibits, cost estimates, schedules, benefit descriptions, and supporting documents for grants, regional funding, or project reports when requested by City.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
