Following the ROI process the RFT will include a 10% weighting for Economic Benefits. Remove the tiered seating, provide an opening into the adjoining resource space for the additional toilets, provide a non-load bearing wall to create two withdrawal spaces, install new vinyl, Autex composition wall linings, new LED lights, speakers and a sound system.
