(1) Vendor needs to provide media monitoring and associated solution.– Provide a comprehensive communications intelligence platform.– To effectively monitor earned media coverage, identify new media opportunities, measure social media performance, and support proactive media relations.– Provide implementation, training, technical support, and ongoing customer service.– Ability to comprehensively monitor relevant print, online, digital, broadcast, social media, and other media sources for systemwide and for each institution.– Ability to provide media contact databases, and tools to identify, organize, search, and manage relevant media contacts.– Ability to integrate media monitoring with social media monitoring, broadcast monitoring, crisis management, reporting, and other communications functions. – Ability to provide content calendars and tools to organize, review, schedule, and manage social media content. – Ability to manage and organize social media assets including images, video, links, and other content. – Ability to track and report on individual campaigns and content across multiple social media platforms. – Ability for each institution to independently customize monitoring profiles, searches, dashboards, alerts, reports, and user access.– Ability to monitor media, social media, broadcast, and other relevant channels for emerging issues, reputational risks, misinformation, significant increases in activity, and other indicators of a potential or developing crisis.– Ability to provide real–time or near–real–time alerts and notifications for high–priority issues and emerging crises.– Ability to provide a centralized, real–time view of an emerging issue across print, online, social media, television, radio, podcasts, and other relevant channels.– Ability to integrate crisis management capabilities with media monitoring, social media monitoring, broadcast monitoring, analytics, reporting, and other communications tools.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026.
