Description
Greenville County is seeking Requests for Proposals from a team of experienced General Contractors with expertise in rehabilitating historic structures, to renovate Slater Hall Community Center in accordance with the attached Construction Plans , prepared by May Collaborative, the Existing Conditions Report (ECR) and Building Exterior Specifications , prepared by Preservation South. The County desires to have the architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC upgrades executed, to allow Slater Hall Community Center to meet the needs of the community for many years to come, while restoring more of its architectural integrity.
