(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based voice over internet protocol (voip) design, supply, implement and maintenance service. – The appointed service provider will be required to deliver a turnkey VoIP solution, including but not limited to the following components:1. Solution design and implementation:• Conduct a detailed assessment of Agrement S.A.'s current telephony environment.• Supply, configure, and install softphone applications and 1 desk phone for reception.• Configure call routing, auto–attendants, hunt groups, voicemail, and call recording where required2. Hardware and Software Provision:• Provide enterprise–grade desk phones with advanced calling features.• Supply softphone licenses compatible with desktops and mobile devices.• Provide centralised management software for administration and reporting.3. Unified Communication Features:• Voice calling (internal and external)• Call forwarding and call transfer• Conference calling• Mobile and desktop device support• Directory services• Collaboration tools4. Call Features & Compliance• Auto–attendant with multi–level menus, time–of–day routing.• Call queuing (minimum 40 concurrent calls), call recording for reception (on–demand or always–on with consent announcement).• Ensure protection against toll fraud and cyber threats.4. Software configuration(2) The contract period will be for two years.
