(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed security guards services to the government authority located in Asheville, NC.• Ensure vehicles are properly parked.• Report unauthorized or suspicious persons, vehicles or activities.• Screen, deter and report unauthorized visitors from being on school grounds and from entering the grounds.• Assist administrators and staff in crisis and emergency situations.• Unlock gates as needed to provide access to student parking areas.• Monitor and prepare for after school events as assigned.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
