(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate marketing and auctioneer services. • Real estate auctioneer or real estate firm to provide professional marketing, advertising, promotional, and auctioneer services.• Respondent will be expected to consult with county staff; review available property information; recommend an appropriate marketing strategy, auction structure, schedule, and terms of sale; prepare and disseminate advertising and promotional materials; conduct or facilitate the public auction; and provide customary post–auction assistance through execution of the purchase agreement and closing, as applicable.
