(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology support services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.• The purpose of this enterprise–wide, multiple awards, Indefinite–Delivery, Indefinite–Quantity (IDIQ) contract is to acquire Information Technology Support Services• The Contractor shall provide comprehensive Information Technology (IT) services, technical expertise, program support, and specialized capabilities necessary to sustain, modernize, secure, and optimize the Agency’s enterprise systems and operations.• Support under this contract encompasses the full lifecycle of software engineering, system integration, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, fraud prevention analytics, emerging technologies including Generative AI and enterprise‑wide program and contract management functions.• The Contractor shall supply qualified personnel, tools, methodologies, and resources required to meet evolving mission needs, ensure operational continuity, and uphold compliance with all applicable federal standards, policies, and directives.• Software Engineering, Integration, and Management Support – Includes full lifecycle software development; Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V); enterprise architecture alignment; systems integration; quality assurance; requirements management; modernization; cloud adoption; data management; analytics; and support for mission‑critical applications across mainframe, distributed, and cloud platforms• Cybersecurity and Fraud Prevention and Analytics – Includes governance, risk management, authorization and accreditation, continuous monitoring, Security Operations Center (SOC) support, incident response, identity and access management, fraud analytics, predictive modeling, fraud‑detection algorithms, compliance with federal cybersecurity mandates, and secure engineering best practices.• GenAI, Emerging Technologies, and Technological Convergence– Includes research, assessment, governance, and piloting of AI/ML, automation, advanced analytics, serverless, cloud–native technologies, and converged architectures; development of reference architectures and modernization roadmaps; responsible AI integration; and innovation support aligned with Agency strategic objectives.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
