CONS-22091 - USA (Concord, California) - Infrastructure Upgrade Service - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide infrastructure upgrade service to the government authority located in Concord, CA.• Including, but not limited to;1) Demolition.2) Concrete and metal deck saw cutting3) Removal and Disposal.4) Removal and Storage for Owner use.5) Removal and Storage for Future Installation.6) Recycling – Construction Waste Management and Recycling.7) Waste – Construction Waste Management and Recycling.8) Capping of piping as indicated in drawings.9) Patching of concrete and reinforcing10) Testing – Pressure testing of all capped piping.11) Protection of materials and surfaces to remain after demolition is complete12) Cleaning13) As–Built drawings derived from Record Drawings keep at project during demolition andconstruction.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026(4) Mandatory Bid Walk will be held on July 16, 2026
