(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate and land acquisition services to the government authority located in Jonesboro, GA.– Provide information regarding the market in County and develop strategies for locating properties for sale.– Coordinate site visits and showings of property with potential sellers.– Obtain any property disclosures.– Coordinate real estate transaction closings.– Provide title documentation that involves investigating public records for land ownership, liens or judgements against the title.– Provide title insurance and appraisal of property.– Conduct all other customary activities and services associated with the real estate and land acquisitions transactions.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on October 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
