Truck Scale Maintenance

The County of Volusia requires service, repair, and replacement of any items affecting the correct operation of the State of Florida certified scales at the Tomoka Farms Road Landfill, 1990 Tomoka Farms Road, Port Orange, FL 32128, and the West Volusia Transfer Station, 3151 East New York Ave, DeLand, FL 32724. Contractor shall be available and on-call twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty five (365) days a year, by telephone. Contractor shall respond on site within four (4) hours of notification for routine calls. Emergency calls, as determined by the County Project Manager, shall require a call back within thirty (30) minutes, with a two (2) hour response time to the site. Contractor shall perform monthly service to include all moving parts and re-calibration of all scales listed.
