(1) Vendor needs to provide programmatic environmental impact statement support services for battery energy storage systems to the government authority located in Washington– Support for work associated with a programmatic environmental impact statement (PEIS) for battery energy storage systems: • Technical expertise with lithium–ion battery energy storage systems.• Technical expertise in environmental impact statement (EIS) or PEIS preparation, particularly under Washington’s State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).• Meeting facilitation and coordination services.• Communications and outreach.• Logistical and project management.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for four years.
