(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed security guard services to the government authority located in Auberry, CA.• Uniforms: Uniforms must be clean, laundered, pressed, and free of tears. Uniforms must be properly fitted to allow free range of movements. Guards must wear clean, closed toe shoes that are slip resistant. Belts should be clean and securely fastened.• Personnel Management: Maintaining required staffing levels and ensuring arrives punctually, professionally attired, and prepared for duty. • Operational Oversight: Verifying patrol completion and observing the work habits and overall performance.– Agency will patrol premises to deter theft, vandalism, and transient activity. Security reports are sent out electronically daily.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid walkthrough will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
