(1) Vendor needs to provide member needs assessment services to provide strategic and technical support in undertaking its 2026 Member Needs Assessment that will inform future membership strategy, engagement, and value delivery across diverse member and prospective member segments to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.• To advance the application of mathematics and computational science to engineering, industry, science, and society.• To promote research that will lead to effective new mathematical and computational methods and techniques for science, engineering, industry, and society.• To provide media for the exchange of information and ideas among mathematicians, engineers, and scientists.• To be a source of information for both public and private agencies regarding the state of the fields.1. Understand Current and Potential Member Needso Identify the professional, academic, and community needs of members across key segments (e.g., students, early career professionals, senior members, industry/government members).2. Assess Membership Value and Perceptionso Understand what current members value most about and which benefits, programs, or services they find most meaningful.3. Examine Membership Decision Driverso Identify the key reasons why members choose to join and renew their membership.o Understand why lapsed members choose not to renew and what factors influence disengagement4. Evaluate Relevance and Differentiationo Understand how is positioned relative to other professional societies and communities within the mathematical sciences and related fields5. Support Membership Growth and Engagement Strategyo Develop insights that can inform strategies to increase recruitment, retention, and reengagement.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
