(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape design services to the government authority located in Marina, CA. • Pre–design, site investigation, and data collection:– Conduct site visits and assess existing site conditions.– Review project goals, objectives, and program requirements with agency representatives and project stakeholders.• Preliminary design:– Develop preliminary design documents.– Prepare and submit 30 percent and 60 percent design packages, including exhibits and illustrations.• Final plans, specifications, and cost estimates:– Prepare complete construction documents suitable for permitting and bidding.– Develop technical specifications and engineer’s estimates.• Bid support services:– Assist the agency during advertisement and bidding.– Respond to bidder inquiries and prepare addenda as required.• Construction support services:– Review contractor submittals and requests for information.– Attend construction meetings and perform periodic site observations.– Assist with interpretation of plans and specifications during construction.• Project closeout:– Review punch–list items.– Provide record drawings and closeout documentation as required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026. (3) An optional pre–bid site visit will be held on August 28, 2026.
