It is the intent of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to describe the minimum requirements for the upcoming Short Description of Work and related supplies blanket purchase agreement for the Winnebago County Highway Department. All items, details of construction, services or features not specifically mentioned which are regularly furnished in order to provide these items requested shall be furnished at the quoted price and shall conform in strength, quality and workmanship. Vendors are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the requirements before submitting a quotation.
