RFSOQ - San Benito County Library Renovation Project

San Benito County is requesting a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) from interested and qualified Design-Build Entities (DBE) to prequalify them for a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) process through which a DBE would be selected to provide design and construction services for renovation to the existing San Benito County Free Library in Hollister, CA. The project will consist of the design and renovation of the existing 15,000-square-foot library and the construction of an additional 1,640 square feet to the existing building. The new construction and renovation of the library will include a children’s area, teen area, adult area, meeting rooms, study areas, and a maker space. Design shall include but not be limited to the building interiors, site civil, mechanical, plumbing, Fire sprinkler, and electrical engineering, etc. RFSOQ results will be available approximately 10 days from the time of RFSOQ Closing. During this time staff will review RFSOQ for completeness. If you add your name to the Plan holder’s List, you will receive an email notifying you when the RFSOQ results are posted on the County webpage.
