(1) Vendor needs to provide individualized grant and professional consulting services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.– Developing grant proposals in response to targeted funding opportunities with a particular focus on program solicitations in multiple research disciplinary directorates, as well as cross–cutting programs.– Assist in formulating strategic approaches to grant procurement, developing research plans, drafting proposal outlines, preparing a budget, and proposal submission compliance checking.– Reviewing proposal drafts and providing extensive written feedback and suggested revisions. Writing support, including limited drafting of non–technical material and copy–editing, will also be available.– Reviewing and providing feedback to existing grant development material made available to state faculty.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
