(1) Vendor needs to provide records scanning, formatting, indexing and shredding services at scanning resolution of 240 DPI in PDF file format.– Provide records digitization services which include scanning, formatting, indexing, and shredding – Responsible for picking up the ~560 file boxes from the storage locations.– Perform duplex scanning (240 DPI Black/White, Multipage, Optical Character Recognition – fully searchable, PDF) to capture both sides of the document(s) where needed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
