(1) Vendor needs to provide kids zone traveling exhibitions service to the government authority located in New York.           – To obtain two versatile, engaging, and family–friendly traveling exhibitions for rent.– Each exhibition must be between 5,000 to 10,000 square feet or more and be able to be exhibited on the Museum.• Family–friendly topics, unique objects, visually pleasing graphics, and hands–on interactivity throughout the exhibition. • Multi–generational appeal for layered learning with short engagement cycles. • ADA compliant with attention to accessibility to all visitors. • Contracts must include all aspects of rental to include staffing, travel, and shipping. • Preference given for youth–based learning and exploration. • Flexibility of layout for clear flow with natural stopping points. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2026.
