Just-In-Time Online Management Purchase Program for Police Department Uniforms and Equipment

The City of Pueblo Police Department (PPD) is seeking proposals for a secure web-based ordering management system (Uniform System) for uniforms, uniform accessories, and tactical gear (Uniforms and Supplies) for the City's police department. This method of procuring PD uniforms replaces what was formerly known as a Quartermaster System. The intent is for the City of Pueblo to contract with one company that allows PPD employees to order Uniforms and Supplies on an as needed basis with the awarded vendor tracking all orders through an online software application for the City of Pueblo. PPD employees will be issued a stipend for the purchase of the Uniforms and Supplies, then any additional purchases may be made through the same rates, program, tracking, etc. on an as needed basis at each employee's personal expense once the stipend has been exhausted. These items or pricing shall not be made available to the public.
