(1) Vendor needs to provide professional recruitment services to the government authority located in Hyannis, MA.1. Work with the agency of the leadership team to identify the knowledge, skills, and other key characteristics of the Chief of Police position.2. Develop marketing materials for the position and conduct internal and external recruitment efforts.3. Provide their own staff and materials needs.4. Screen applicants to determine viability and meeting of minimum qualifications of the position.5. Conduct an assessment center of screened candidates for the position of Police Chief.6. Provide a rank order list of candidates to the Town Manager for consideration.7. Be available to present information to Town Administration.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
