(1) Vendor needs to provide completion and associated items supplies and service of printed diplomas and certificates to the government authority located in West Palm Beach, FL. • Diploma and certificates of completion inserts:– Dimensions for all diploma and certificate of completion inserts are 6” high by 8” wide.– The paper stock for Diplomas and Certificate of Completions shall be ivory 100 parchment, 100% cotton content, 48 lb., basis 17” x 22”, acid–free.– Each school name shall appear on its own in Old English font.• Diploma covers:– All covers, when shipped, must include a protective sheet and envelope.– The Diploma cover size shall be 6–1/2” high by 8–5/8” wide, which must accommodate a 6” x 8” Diploma.– Cover material is to be .007” Morocco–grain leatherette, in a color selected by the school.– Cover board is to be .070” warp–resistant red label davey board or equivalent.– Sharp single line panel must be embossed 9/16” from the edge on all four sides of the diploma cover.• Technical school certificates of program completion covers:– The size of the Certificate of Program Completion is 8–1/2” high x 11” wide.– Cover board to be .070” warp–resistant red label davey board or equivalent.– Sharp single line panel must be embossed 9/16” from the edge on all four sides of the certificate cover.– Interior lining of the covers shall be two pads, at top and bottom, sized to fit the 8–1/2” x 11” certificate.– All four corner pockets or ribbons must be 5/8” to match the lining.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
