(1) Vendor needs to provide ADA self–evaluation and transition plan update services to the government authority located in California.1. Project management:– Oversee overarching project, ensuring milestones are met, and deliverables are produced in a timely fashion.2. Survey of public rights of way:– Review city’s database on existing public right of way assets and develop plan for additional data collection if needed.– Survey and evaluate inventory of public right of way, as needed, for accessibility compliance, including curb ramps, crosswalks, sidewalks, bus stops and on–street parking.– Provide a database summarizing finding, including a list of barriers, a severity rating, a photograph of the barrier, recommended remedy, and cost estimate for each solution.3. Public engagement:– Implement a public outreach plan to gather input from community, the ADA access advisory committee, the bicycle and pedestrian advisory committee, particularly individuals with disabilities and organizations representing individuals with disabilities.4. Draft ADA self–evaluation and transition plan:– The updated transition plan shall include: an executive summary; description of methodology; summary of findings from self–evaluation; recommendations to correct deficiencies identified, including a prioritization methodology; cost estimates for remediation measures; implementation schedule; process for periodically reviewing and updating the Transition Plan to ensure ongoing compliance.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 01, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
