Background Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) owns and operates the Totara Road Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), which provides an essential service to the Palmerston North city. PNCC has identified a need to undertake seismic strengthening works to improve the resilience and seismic strength of the main building within the WWTP. The works will be undertaken within a live operational environment, requiring careful planning, coordination and management to minimise disruption to ongoing plant operations. What do we want?
