Description

The purpose of this project is to retrofit and enhance the existing Starkey M10 Stormwater Management Facility by improving water quality treatment, and maintaining the existing flooding level of service. A weir within the Starkey M10 Mitigation facility and two upstream stormwater ponds will be constructed to provide water quality treatment and prevent flooding within the Starkey Watershed.
