(1) Vendor needs to provide audio video system replacement services to the government authority located in Kansas, MO.• Video switching/routing will be via a network–based solution allowing on–the–fly configuration of sources to displays as well as a future proof upgrade path. All Video sources in the system will be routable to the projector. • Video switching system. • Video system is designed around any source to any destination platform with the ability to have future expandability based on budget and available switch ports. This allows for a future proof upgrade path as technology is added to the system. • Supports video output of HDMI, H.264, NDI, RTSP, or SRT. • USB Port for external thumb drive recording. • Wireless microphone system.• Antenna distribution receivers.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
