Employee Holiday Luncheon 12/2024

The City of Homestead is seeking qualified caterers to provide exceptional catering services for our annual Employee Holiday Luncheon, traditionally held on the second Friday of December. This event is a cherished tradition, offering a full holiday-style meal to express gratitude to our hardworking employees. The luncheon includes leadership presentations, which highlight the year’s achievements, and a special awards ceremony where employees with 5 to 45 years of service are recognized with plaques or certificates. We are looking for a caterer that can help us create a memorable experience by delivering high-quality food and professional service for approximately 400 guests. This is a significant event for the City, as it fosters team spirit and appreciation for our employees' dedication and contributions. Interested vendors should have experience in handling large events and be able to meet the detailed requirements outlined in our request.
