(1) Vendor needs to provide group employee medical insurance service to the government authority located in Edinburg, TX.– Provide Group Employee Medical Insurance FY 2026–2027.– Requested Coverage: Group Medical (Fully–Funded Option), and all Required Compliance Reporting; to include but not limited to IRS Compliance Reporting – Requested Coverage: Group Medical (Self–Funded Option), and all Required Compliance Reporting; to include but not limited to IRS Compliance Reporting, Stop Loss Insurance, Pharmacy Prescription Plan– Group Medical Self–Insured: Blue Cross Blue Shield– Pharmacy Prescription Plan: Prime Therapeutics– Stop–Loss Insurance: Liberty Mutual– Third Party Administrator: Creative Benefits Administrator(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026
