(1) Vendor needs to provide fresh produce supplies to the government authority located in CO. – Apples – Eat out of hand variety, 100–138 count only. Must have consistent product sizing for each warehouse delivery. – Banana – #4 green tip, medium, approximately 120/40 lb. box.– Cantaloupe – Mature, not over–ripe, 35 lb. per carton.– Oranges – Choice Brand, Navel or Valencia, 113 Count only. Must have consistent product sizing for each warehouse delivery. – Pears – Eat out of hand variety, 110 count case.– Watermelon – Mature, not over–ripe, 16–18 lb. average (700 lbs. per Carton)– Honeydew Melon – 6–8 per carton, approximatly 35 lb. per carton.– Broccoli – Trimmed head, approximately 20 lb. Per case.– Green Cabbage – U.S. # 1 grade, 50 lb. per case.– Red Cabbage – Table size, 50 lb. per case.– Carrots – Jumbo size, firm, not woody, 50 lb. per bag.– Cauliflower – Full head, approximately 20–22 lb. per case.– Celery – Green Pascal, crisp, not hard or pithy, 4 Dzn/Ctn stalks per carton– Sweet Corn – Fresh ear, full, mature, firm, 48 per carton.– Cucumber – Super select slicer, firm, well colored (minimally yellow), 50 lb. per box.– Lettuce – Naked crisp head (iceberg), firm, compact heads, good edible content, 24 heads, 40–48 lb. per carton.– Salad Mix – Lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, fresh not wilted, 4/5 lb. Per case.  Product must have a minimum of 10 days shelf life remaining upon delivery to DOC Warehouse.– Lettuce, Shredded – Fresh, iceberg, 4–5 lb. per carton.  Product must have a minimum of 10 days shelf life remaining upon delivery to DOC Warehouse.– “Onion – Dry, yellow variety, medium size or jumbo #2, 50 lb. net bag.“– Green Onion – 6 – 12 per bunch, 48 bunches per carton.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
