Description

This project aims to make improvements to two parking lots , Block 1606, Lots 2,3,3.01,4,5 & 6 & Block 1506, Lot 1. The two lots are to be graded including the removal of curbing along the perimeter so that a new lot can constructed by the South West side of Block 1606 and on Block 1506. The remaining portion of Block 1606 will be seeded and topsoil will be placed down as well as along the outside of Block 1506. New drainage and sidewalks will replace the already existing structures. More details about the project can be found in the attachment section in the specifications and site plans.
