CONS-24017 - USA (Lillington, North Carolina) - Enterprise Meat Processing Plant Boiler Preventative Maintenance Service - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise meat processing plant boiler preventative maintenance service to the government authority located in Lillington, NC.• Provide all qualified labor, supervision, tools, testing equipment, materials, consumables, and incidentals necessary to perform comprehensive preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, cleaning, adjustment, and operational verification.– PRE–MAINTENANCE INSPECTION• Review available maintenance and inspection history.• Record boiler operating pressure and/or temperature.• Record burner operating conditions.• Observe boiler operation through a normal firing cycle.• Check for abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, overheating, or combustion conditions.• Inspect boiler, burner, controls, piping, valves, and accessories for visible deterioration.• Document existing deficiencies before beginning maintenance.• Coordinate boiler shutdown with the Owner's representative– FIRESIDE INSPECTION AND CLEANING• Remove burner assembly/components as necessary for inspection.• Open applicable fire doors, smoke–box doors, handholes, and inspection covers.• Inspect furnace and combustion chamber.• Inspect tubes and tube ends for soot accumulation, corrosion, overheating, cracking, deformation, leakage, or other deterioration.• Mechanically brush and/or vacuum accessible fireside heating surfaces.• Remove soot, scale, combustion deposits, and debris.• Inspect refractory, burner throat, furnace lining, and insulation.• Identify cracked, loose, missing, or deteriorated refractory.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026.
