(1) Vendor needs to provide visual media marketing services.– Staffing Security: the proposer should maintain policies and procedures for security clearance and staffing controls, allowing proposer personnel access to Agency owned confidential information and/or to restricted areas within the proposer’s host environment– Secure Network: Network is secured through use of multiple redundant firewalls, anti–virus software, data encryption for files transferred to and from external users, etc.– Provide onsite videography coverage daily during the State Fair to capture a wide range of fairtime content, guided by a shot list outlining priority need from the Marketing & Communications Liaison, while also capturing additional content to ensure a diverse asset library. – Provide onsite photography coverage daily during the State Fair to capture a wide range of fairtime imagery, guided by a shot list outlining priority need from the Marketing & Communications Liaison, while also capturing additional content to ensure a diverse photo library. – Produce video content promoting the State Fair, including a minimum of two (2) 30–second videos and one (1) 60–second video, and accommodate additional video cut requests as directed – Produce video content promoting the State Fairgrounds & Event Complex, including a minimum of one (1) 30–second video and one (1) 60–second video, and accommodate additional video cut requests as directed. (2) All question must be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.
